Our services
Individual Therapy
In individual psychological therapy, a person meets one-on-one with a therapist in 50-minute sessions. Therapy may last for only a few sessions or may continue for longer, depending on the needs of the individual.
Group Therapy
Group therapy is a powerful treatment modality that is offered at our centre. Groups generally consist of five to eight members, and are led by one or two therapists.
Child Therapy
We provide treatment for children struggling with a range of issues and work together with their families to help develop a supportive evironment.
* When it is considered safe for the client, we can offer online therapy for those who cannot attend the centre.
